C++ SDK Support for Windows ARM64 

This update adds support for the Windows ARM64 architecture, expanding compatibility for developers working on various platforms.

New C++ Image APIs

This release includes several new APIs to handle image creation and export:

DLCreatePDEImagesFromTIFF() – Allows the creation of PDEImage objects from a multipage TIFF.
DLExportPDEImagesToTIFF() – Enables the export of multiple PDEImages into a multipage TIFF.
DLGetImageType() – Identifies the type of an image.
DLCreatePDEImageFromASFile() and DLCreatePDEImagesFromASFile() – Create PDEImage(s) from an ASFile for more flexible image handling. 

Improved Image Import and Export: The import and export functions for image formats like BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, and TIFF have been enhanced, providing a more seamless user experience. 

Intuitive Image Translation: The Translate() method of the Image class (in the .NET and Java interfaces) now expects values that correspond to the intuitive location of content on the page, simplifying its use for developers.
